I am writing this letter to let you know about the recent experience my wife and I had with NBKC.

Back in March my wife and I signed a purchase and sales agreement for a foreclosed home in Plainfield, IL. I called NBKC, first because your bank processed VA loans, in which I applied for and also I wanted to be prequalified for a loan. I will not bore you with the miserable and sometimes mind boggling process of buying this Freddie Mac owned home that took over 122 days’ but rather the only shining star throughout the entire process, Mr. Birk. I have never been treated so well by any customer facing representative and would bet that I never will be again. Sometimes throughout this tedious and frustrating process I would call Mr. Birk just to talk to him about what was going on and how frustrated I was, Justin never rushed me off the phone or hurried his answers, I always felt so much better and back on track after taking with him, always. I know I would have given up otherwise on the Freddie Mac process.
