Don't buy a new car or apply for a Home Depot credit card until AFTER you buy your house! Keep a "business as usual" state of mind.

Our loan officer was Jason McKinney, and he could not have been more helpful and professional! We started looking for a house in August of 2017 and finally purchased it 7 months later in March of 2018. Jason was accessible pretty much anytime of the day, even on the weekends. He made sure that we got him all the documentation that he required, on time, and the closing went off Without a Hitch! From the time we signed the contract the day we closed was about 1 1-month... pretty fast! I did a lot of research on which lender to use and noticed that Costco recommended certain lenders. I researched the Costco lenders and determined NBKC offered the best customer service, based on online customer reviews. Thanks again Jason for all your help on helping us purchase our new house!
